YCIX occupies a discreet townhouse on a cobbled mews in Marylebone. Twelve of us tend the establishment. We keep no storefront, maintain no social presence, and answer correspondence only when the seal is properly affixed.
We believe games are best experienced behind closed doors, among trusted company, with a glass in hand and nowhere else to be. Our development cycle follows the rhythm of private dinners and late conversations. Inspiration arrives between courses.
The house rules are simple: discretion above all, quality without compromise, and never explain what need not be explained. New members are proposed from within and confirmed unanimously. We have declined more requests than we have accepted.
